Software License

License Grant

When you purchase Agentix AI, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software for lawful business and personal purposes, subject to these terms.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding, or intellectual property.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy proprietary systems
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Use the software for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or systems
• Share account access with unauthorized users

AI & Third-Party Integrations

Certain features may require third-party services, APIs, or accounts, including AI providers.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining their own API accounts and billing
• Complying with third-party platform terms
• Any usage costs charged by external providers

Agentix AI does not control third-party pricing, uptime, restrictions, or policy changes.

Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, improve, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the software at any time.

Termination

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, systems, text, graphics, workflows, training materials, and related assets remain the property of Agentix AI and its licensors.
